11/6-11/13

This week the Chadasha ministries have been spread out over a few countries. We are so blessed to be able to be sharing the Gospel with Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and America all at the same time.

In Haiti, ministries continued as God saw fit! The kids at Little Hands & Feet are doing great.. Loving school and growing like crazy. We are so excited to have several parents of kids who are being adopted coming in soon to stay with us for Thanksgiving.

KenKen is amazingly doing better! After a few nights of laying almost lifeless in the ICU, he has made a comeback! Members of the Chadasha ministry have continued to serve him and his family faithfully, praying with and for them and providing food and rest for his mom. In this picture you can see him actually smiling! God is so awesome!

The English class in the tent city on Saturday was outstanding. We had over 200 people attend. We are continually amazed at what God can do when we are willing to be obedient no matter how crazy it might look. We were also able to have a one hour Bible study with the people that was led by 2 of our Haitian staff members. We are so excited about the glory that Christ is receiving from our presence in this tent city.

Another portion of our team has been serving in the Dominican Republic this week. We have taken 4 kids over to have life saving heart surgeries, and God is really moving where they are. Other people have given great updates and information about Chadasha in the DR this week so you can simply click on the links below to learn more about the progress of each kid and whats going on over there.

And finally, Calvary Baptist Church in Knoxville, Tennessee, invited a Chadasha member to be a part of their annual Missions Conference this week. We were so grateful to have this opportunity to share what God is doing in Haiti and the DR, and our prayer is that Jesus was made famous by the sermon given in Knoxville last Sunday.

We are learning as a team that the more that we let go of, the more God can do through us. Daily we must remind ourselves that our work is not for us, not for Chadasha, not for kids, not for Haiti, not for the DR… it is only for the Name of Jesus. We know that one day every knee will bow, and our prayer is for hearts emptied of our own desires, that we may play a small part in bringing people to their knees at the foot of the Thrown.

Blessings from Haiti, Dominican Republic, and America!
